Conditions

As a private GP clinic, Quantum Health treats a comprehensive range of patient conditions and symptoms.

From Type 2 Diabetes to Stress, Low Mood and Joint Pain, we're here to listen to you and assist you on the road to recovery. For conditions of a specific nature that are outside our medical fields, we'll refer you to one of specialist partners and work in partnership with them to select the treatment and medication that is right for you. Book an Initial consultation with Quantum Health today and let's get started on your individual assessment.

Conditions we treat (not exclusive):

High Blood Pressure

It's estimated that High Blood Pressure or Hypertension affects 1 in 3 adults in the UK. If left untreated, it can lead to heart problems, strokes and potential damage to your vital organs. We can help increase your awareness of the risks and can look after your own health to reduce them.

Stress

Stress is something that everyone goes through, especially during these extraordinary times. But are you aware that low-level stress can be a positive or even helpful and motivational? We can help you take control of your stress levels with some simple steps that can help during even the most stressful times.

Eczema and Dermatitis

Eczema and Dermatitis are commonly used terms to describe skin inflammation. There are a wide number of different types of eczema and dermatitis that need to be assessed and diagnosed by our team of GPs. Often, most can be treated and managed with a good skin care regimen and by avoiding skin irritants.

Urinary tract Infection

Needing to pee suddenly or more often than usual, pain or a burning sensation when peeing or smelly or cloudy pee are common signs of a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). Most UTIs can be easily treated with antibiotics.

Type 2 Diabetes

Extreme fatigue, feeling very thirsty and hungry and urinating often are just some of the common symptoms of diabetes. Seeing a GP can aid detection and treatment of diabetes can decrease the risk of developing the complications further down the line.

Joint pain

Joint pain in one or multiple joints is a common problem that can affect many of us. It is often linked to sports injuries but can be the result of a fall, arthritis or other musculoskeletal disorders. During your consultation, we'll identify the underlying cause of your pain and walk you through the treatment options available.

Low mood

We're living through very difficult times and it is very common for people to be feeling low, sad or depressed. We all feel low sometimes but if it's continuing over a long period of time and negatively impacting your life, there are options we can discuss with you that might help.

Asthma

Asthma is a condition that affects your airways – the small tubes that carry air in and out of the lungs. We'll work with you to help you understand the condition, enabling you to manage it and making sure that asthma affects your life as little as possible.

Erectile dysfunction

Also referred to as Impotence, Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is a broad term that covers a range of difficulties with the sexual function that may cause a man to be unable to get or maintain an erection. Our doctors will take the time to listen and understand what may be causing ED and the possible treatment options.

Weight management

90% of all diets end in failure and the majority of dieting or weight loss programmes require regular sacrifice. These approaches make it nearly impossible to maintain results. As specialists in Weight Management, our consultants will provide expert advice and guidance on the best treatments and options available.
